We have partnered with Expedia Corporate Travel.  Expedia is an internationally reputable travel company with familiar discounted travel rates.  Rather than add cost to our users by bringing on an in-house travel group, we have chosen to partner with such an outstanding firm.

For individual travel needs, you will be put in touch with our Expedia Corporate Travel manager. 

For group needs, we prefer to hold your hand a little longer and will pair you up with an Essential Events Travel Manager who will work directly with our Expedia Corporate Travel manager to ensure that the best routes, rates, times, etc… are found to service your group’s needs.  Note:  a group consists of 10 or more travelers departing from the same originating city.
